  1. Cathryn – Technology is the enemy! Blech!

Tish – Thanks for the giveaway and sharing my info! 🙂

Everyone else – Grab a big cup of tea and a long book and snuggle in for some (hopefully) fall weather. 🙂 Love this quote from C.S. Lewis: “You can never get a cup of tea large enough or a book long enough to suit me.”

    1. Crystal,
I love that quote too, only coffee is first in my line-up of reading beverages. 🙂 However, I did have some Chai Caramel tea yesterday. Three huge mugs of it to be exact. So. Good.

    1. Hello, Paula! I’ve heard a lot about Ann Gabhart lately. Must find her books, especially if she has a fall scene it the one you’re reading! Thanks for sharing.

  5. I am excited about these 3 things about fall:
less time in garden watering flowers,
pulling out cooler weather clothes, as if they were new clothes since it had been so long since I had worn them last and
    always, reading time!

  6. I love crunching through fallen leaves. Sigh.
My favorite book so far this fall – Crown of Souls by Ronie Kendig.
    Thanks for the giveaway!

  7. I am excited about the cooler temperatures of Fall, the gorgeous change of colors in Fall and every day that my son is safe, he is a police officer. I just read The Proving,Beverly Lewis, and loved it. I would love to read Under The Same Sky.

  8. Favorite thing about fall? Probably the cool air, lol. I’m naturally hot-blooded and cool air is a welcome relief from the summer heat. But, then again, if you asked me my favorite thing about summer, I’d probably say the heat because it enables you to do so many things you just can’t do in cooler weather.
Favorite new book? Hmm… how to answer that… If by “new book” you mean the “newest release” that I’ve read and really liked, I’d have to say ‘The Captivating Lady Charlotte’ by Carolyn Miller. If you mean the most recent “new-to-me” book that I’ve read and really liked, it’d be ‘A Viscount’s Proposal’ by Melanie Dickerson. And if you mean a “new book that I’ve not yet read, but am super excited about and dying to read”, then I’d say ‘The Vexing’ by Tamara Leigh.
I’ve probably got a whole slew of other books I could add to this list of favorite “new books”, but those are the objects of my most recent obsession, lol.

    1. Three things I’m excited about?
      1. Finalizing the adoption of my two baby sisters.
      2. Getting and reading new books!
      3. Going canoeing and going out to eat to Mexican restaurants! 🤤

  9. I’m excited about camping with my family this fall. The changing leaves will make a beautiful campground backdrop! I’m also excited about having a week off for fall break, and drinking hot chocolate on really cold days.

  10. I enjoyed reading about these authors and their books. Thank you for offering this interesting giveaway. I love fall’s cooler temperatures, colorful leaves, and sipping coffee or tea while I read. Esther

  11. Hello, Tish! Looks like a fantastic giveaway. Crystal, it’s good to see your face flatting around the internet. 😉
What I like about fall is the excitment of beginning a new season. Thanksgiving is on its way along with two of my children’s birthdays, and my dad’s which falls in Halloween. Apples are in season for canning and the kids are still excited about starting school. It’s just a beautiful time of change. As for books. My new favorite book is not in print yet, so I’m not sure that counts. LOL. However, after putting together the Fabulous Fall Books list I’ve added Arise from Dark Places by Connie Almony to my reading pile. Have a blessed giveaway and celebrate of wonder books!

  12. Thing I love about fall it’s sweater weather, pumpkin spice everything, college football, and fall fairs!

I’m new to Christian fiction so I’m not sure what’s coming out yet.

    1. Ja’net, welcome! If you want to know what’s coming out, I post a monthly new-release book list the first of every month. And you can also hop on for more titles than you can read in a year. 🙂 Glad you mentioned fall fairs, that’s something that hasn’t been mentioned. 🙂 I usually go for the salt-vinegar fries or funnel cake. What do you go for?
